Who owns creative artwork?

You own all graphics and files we create during any month paid in full / Free trial period. You will provide all content/copy to be used in our designs. You agree that any materials provided are proofed and approved to be used in your designs and are not owned or trademarked by a different entity. You are responsible that any materials provided can be legally used in our designs. We are not liable for the materials you provide as it pertains to license or trademark issues and you represent to Zooms Design that all materials provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

By default, you agree to provide Zooms Design with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, social media, or other communication efforts. We will do our best to seek written permission before we post anything publicly. If you would like to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing to hello@zooms.biz.

What is a dedicated Designer?

The moment you subscribe to our service, there will be a dedicated designer assign to handle your project that has full commitment in making the best artwork possible to fit with your needs.

That means we have a designer that dedicate to answer you for every question that you are curious during the design process. We care about our clients. We care about your ideas and opinion and we care about the artwork quality. Our designer will be here to assist you during the progress.

Contract duration

We don't limit the time that you are going to subscribe to us!

You can subscribe to us just a month or many months or years, the choice is depending on you!

Note: Every subscription plans, 1 month= 30 days

Operation time of work

Zooms Design is working from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Our customer service

The cut off time is at 3 pm.

Cut off time is the working hour that we stop accepting the new task that has submitted.

However, that doesn't mean you can't submit after 3 pm. You still can submit your work any times, but from 3 pm, we will count your task as a new day submit.

This policy is applied only:

  • New Task

  • Adaptation

  • Revision

Note: Apply for adaptation and revision policy except " below 25% policy"

We recommend you to read the " Adaptation and Revision" policies.

Can I get the work faster if I am in a hurry?

No, you can not. We wish that we could do that for you but all the artwork needs to go through a lot of process. So, the working process will remain normal depends on your package that you had subscribed to. You can't hurry on the working day process.

However, we suggest that you need to prepare the task beforehand in order to make your working progress much easier and meet your deadline with quality artwork.

There is still a way that you get your work faster. You can subscribe to our Custom plan and do communication with us on how you want your work to be done.

How many brands can I use for one account?

This is depending on the subscription plans that you had subscribed to.

  • Standard Plan: Only 1 brand

  • Pro Plan: Unlimited brands

  • Custom Plan: Unlimited brands

Can I request more than one artwork at a time?

Absolutely yes! You can request as many artworks as you wish. However, we will do your artwork by the task order that you are prioritizing. We will process the work by the plan subscription that you have subscribed to. Regardless of that, we still recommend for you to put as many artworks as you can, because the faster you drop the artwork for us, the quicker you can get your artwork back!

How many times can I revise the artworks?

No limitation restricted for revision time! We aim to serve you the best service a graphic design company could have and make sure you feel satisfied. You can make any suggestions, comments, changes as you wish when the first draft is delivered. However, you must consider that, the quicker the artwork is approved, the more artworks you can get.

What is ‘Customer Support'?

It refers to a person who will be assigned to facilitate you in case you have any inquiries, or you need a person to consult with for any issues or requests regarding the service. You can chat with customer support via chat button or email us via vuthea@zooms.biz. Our support team will contact you asap.

What is 'VIP Consultant' and 'Success Manager'?

This is available for Pro and Custom Plan only. Users can have a weekly consultant meeting with our success manager for any idea of design tasks and a success manager can help you to track down on your design tasks, support to submit via our platform, and make sure you will get the maximum amount of task per month. He or she likes your design assistant, let'et put it that way.

Turn around duration of each design task

Turn around duration of each design task will be from 1 - 2 days. If your tasks are complicated to be designed, it will be up to 3 days. In each task submission, you can comment asking for a time frame to your dedicated designer.
