Adaptation Policy

The Day of adaptation depends on the percentage of artwork that needs changing.

• We divide the adaptation into 6 categories:

  1. Written text

  2. Picture

  3. color

  4. graphic elements

  5. positioning

  6. Layout

*** Adaptation policy only there are the original native files ( Photoshop, AI, Indesign ) submitted by the users or zooms design designers.

• Complexity calculation:

  1- Below 25% - the adaptation will be done within the same shift.

  Requirement:

  Any 2 changes beside point #4, #5, #6.

  2- Below 50% - the adaptation will be done within the same day.

  Requirement:

  Any 3 changes beside point #5, #6.

  3- Over 50% - the adaptation will be done within the next business day.

  Requirement:

  any 4 changes or changes including point #5, #6

  4- 100% - Count as New task, the turn around duration will be based on each service plans' features

  Requirement:

  more than 4 changes including point #5, #6
